Texture Packs are the replacement of Textures in a Game. No tampering with the code or models or anything. Just the pictures that are sticked on them. So you can for example change the color of Mario's hat or stick a note on it. But not change its shape or what it does in the game. Only the Textures can be changed. Amen. Examples up here ^^^^^^^^
